GirlGrind UK: 10 Minds
GirlGrind UK’s 10 Minds Youth Voice Action Board is calling on girls, women, and non-binary young people in Birmingham and the West Midlands to get involved and make a real impact. This is your opportunity to turn ideas into action and directly shape the programmes and events that reflect your world.
What Is 10 Minds?
10 Minds is a youth-led collective that helps shape GirlGrind UK’s creative and community work. From festivals to workshops and wellbeing events, your voice will be part of the decision-making that drives real change.
What You Will Do?
Take part in fun and engaging online and in-person workshops
Contribute to planning GirlGrindUK’s creative programmes and community projects
Collaborate with like-minded peers, mentors, and inspiring local leaders
See your ideas brought to life through real events, campaigns, and activities
How to Apply
To apply you must be:
Aged 14 to 25 years old
Based in Birmingham or the West Midlands
Identify as a girl, woman, or non-binary young person
No experience is required, just creativity, energy, and a willingness to speak up
Able to commit to 2–4 hours per month
