New Programme to Develop Female A&R Talent in Birmingham

Starting in July 2025, The Parlay A&R Academy will offer six women aged 18 to 25 the chance to learn directly from some of the UK’s most renowned A&R’s, network with major labels, be apart of exclusive workshops, the opportunity to work with Parlay Records on music releases, have access to office space at Punch Records HQ, as well as building on your own portfolio of work.
