The Great Escape X CD Baby: Artist Applications
For emerging artists dreaming of a breakthrough, The Great Escape Festival in Brighton, UK, offers a stage like no other. Partnering with CD Baby, the festival provides independent musicians a chance to perform in front of thousands of fans and influential industry professionals. Applications for 2026 are now open and it’s completely free to apply.
From Wednesday 13th May 2026 until Saturday 16th May 2026, over 450 acts will perform across 30+ venues, showcasing their music and connecting with delegates seeking the next big thing.
Eligibility Criteria
Open to independent artists from every genre.
Artists can come from anywhere in the world.
No specific label, age, or prior release requirements are mentioned.
Essentially, any musician with original music and a readiness to perform live can apply.
When to Apply
Applications are now open and you can be submit an artist application here.
Deadline: 15th February 2026.
Successful applicants will be notified by 31st March 2026.
