• Be 18 or over

• Live in the UK with the right to work here

• Have a UK bank account

• Have less than £10,000 in savings

• Earned at least 40% of your income from music in the last two years (some flexibility if you have a long-term health condition or disability)

• Be creating music within UK rap or its sub-genres

• Have control over your career (self-managing, self-releasing, or self-producing)

• Be able to commit to the full 12-month programme
